Peak Performance Swim Camp | Washington DC Swimming Camps
Promoting the holistic combination of a mental, physical, and technical approach to swimming the Swimming Triangle works with the concept of Swim Positive, which focuses on a positive attitude toward competitive swim training and to life.
Former Olympic coach Nick Baker is Peak Performance Swim Camp's head coach and founder, and he brings 37 years of experience as a competitive swimming coach for thousands of swimmers to each swimming camp. All swimming camp participants can be assured that they will be given the full attention they need to improve and excel in swimming from Coach Baker and his experienced staff of coaches.
Peak Performance Swim Camp offers swimmers a swimmer-to-coach ratio as low as 5:1. Because of this our swim camps offer very personalized swimming technique instruction.
Although Peak Performance Swim Camp always offer kids a fun time, swimmers also learn valuable swimming skills to drastically improve and enhance their strokes and help them in local, State, and National competition at USA Swimming, rec swimming, and high school swim meets.
During our Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Swim Camps swimmers ages 7-17 have all improved. Because of our swimming camps, swimmers have been assisted with: swimming more efficiently, having a fast flip turn, learning the proper backstroke start, getting a powerful butterfly kick, improving their freestyle starts, perfecting their streamline, getting faster times, learning new butterfly drills, and breathing correctly in their breaststroke.
Swimmers and parents enjoy that our swim camps are located all over the country, all year long:
Spring Swim Camps in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Washington DC; Greenwich, Connecticut and Orlando, Florida.
Winter Swim Camps in Orlando, Florida and Mt. Kisco, New York
