Great news! I just made my cut in the 100/200 BK. I am so excited. It was the most awesome experience of my entire life. My start and stroke felt amazing! In the past two months I doubled my kick-out distance - thanks to you. That drill you taught me made all the difference. It really showed me how to use my body. My stroke felt awesome as well. That plank idea really works. I can never thank you enough. I am so fortunate to have two great coaches in my life, my club coach and you!"
